JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Young Professionals of Jamestown and the Chamber Ambassadors recently presented a Business of the Month Award for June to Bison 6 Cinema of Jamestown.
The award was given for their outstanding customer service and continued commitment to the community. Lyman Keim, owner; his son, Corey Keim; grandson, Lucas Keim, and staff Marchel Krieger, Jessica Schmitz and Becca Kreiger were on hand to receive the award.
The nomination stated:
“I don’t get out much, but when I do I usually end up going to a movie with my friends, and I am so impressed with our movie theater. They are always clean and accommodating. They are also very good about catering to the local schools and other organizations by opening early or having multiple showings. They are very tuned in to the popular movies and have early showings for movies they know will be hits. This makes the viewing experience a lot more enjoyable, without having to fight the crowds. They are a gem in this community.”
The Young Professionals of Jamestown honor businesses that provide superior customer service, exhibit community spirit and provide a positive economic impact to the community.
“This award provides recognition throughout the month with a plaque and a recognition banner for the month,” the chamber states. “Bison 6 Cinema, along with all of the other monthly winners, will be considered for Business of the Year to be awarded at the Chamber’s annual banquet in January of 2019.”
