JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Each Friday, the Jamestown Police Department will announce a “Fugitive Friday” to gain more information from the public and locate wanted individual.

This week, the department is seeking assistance from citizens to locate Ryan Walter Kratz. 38 year-old Kratz currently has one outstanding warrant out of Jamestown and one outstanding warrant in Stutsman County. He is described as a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes, 5’10” tall and weighing approximately 160 lbs.
