JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Months of preparation and planning by the Jamestown Arts Center and other organizations will be fully realized this Thursday.

The Downtown Arts Market will feature vendors, food, music, art, and more to the general public for free all summer long. Arts Center Executive Director Larry Kopp says the excitement he’s seen and heard from the area has been wonderful.

Kopp says the vendors and music talent will rotate weekly, so the event will be “new” each week and provide a unique experience.

Kopp says the goal is to get residents downtown and outside this summer. He says businesses have also joined in the fun, extending hours and providing discounts during the event.
