VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Seasonal road restrictions have been lifted on most Barnes County Roads with the exception of Barnes County 17 southwest of Valley City known as Old #1.

Barnes County officials say that stretch of road, Barnes County 17 will remain closed to trucks until further notice.
