FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Behind power house programs West Fargo Sheyenne and Grand Forks Red River the EDC standings were a battle this season. Valley City was able to avoid a play in match while finishing with an identical 5-4 record along with Davies and and Grand Fork Central.

With the tie breaker The Hi-Liners were 6th in the region and play 3rd seeded Shanley in the opening round of the dual tournament. The Deacons finished 6-3 in The EDC. During the regular season VCHS was edged by Shanley 5-4.

The first match beings at 10am Thursday at Elephant Park. Win or lose The Hi-Liners play again at 1pm against either Grand Forks Red River or Fargo North.
