VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Miller Motors received the 2018 FCA Customer First Award for Excellence because they achieved the highest level of customer experience recognition in the program’s five core area; People, Facility, Processes, Customer Performance Metrics and Training Certification.

Cassandra Lueras of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles said Miller Motors is one of three dealers in the state to receive this award.

General Manager Jim Nelson said our dealership has a great group of people.

The award presentation was held May 15th at Miller Motors.
