JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Work continues to progress at Ave Maria Village.
The ongoing capital campaign was set to raise money for private rooms, kitchen renovations, and private phone numbers. Development Director Jan Barnes says their focus now is the kitchen renovations.
Barnes says it will be a big job to renovate the kitchen, which include removing old wallpaper and applying a fresh coat of paint. Once complete, it’ll be on to the private rooms.
Barnes says an event that they haven’t held for the past three years will be coming back on May 17th called “Musical Tea Time.”
The event will be held at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church at 2 PM. All money raised will go towards the Ave Maria Village’s Capital Campaign. Only 100 tickets have been made available.
