DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two individuals were injured after crashing their vehicle during the early morning hours on Saturday.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports that at around 2:15 AM, driver Donray Guy and passenger William Foote were traveling north on Highway 20 when their vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch. The front of the vehicle struck an embankment and came to a stop.
Guy sustained minor injuries and Foote was transported by ambulance to St. Alexius Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Guy faces charges of Driving Under the Influence and Driving Under Suspension.
The crash remains under investigation.
