VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – City officials discussed some proposed options concerning two separate street improvement projects in Valley City including the Streetscape project estimated costs.
Two city commissioners Mike Bishop and Duane Magnuson expressed their concern that the cost estimate of the Streetscape project has gone from $1.55 million to $1.9 million due to construction engineering estimates.

Streetscape Project Estimated Costs
The special city commission was held on March 29th. The city commission took no action after several city officials and others discussed the North Dakota DOT Urban Grant Program project for Central Avenue from Main Street to 12th Street North as well as the 3rd Avenue Southeast reconstruction project known as paving improvement District No. 115.
