WAHPETON, N.D. (KFGO) – The Richland County Sheriff’s office says five males are being charged in juvenile court in connection with allegations of hazing and inappropriate behavior at Richland 44 School in Colfax.

The charges include felonious restraint, felony terrorizing, and misdemeanor sexual assault and hazing. The offenses occurred in the boys’ locker room.

The investigation identified numerous juvenile male victims in various grades. No females have been identified as victims, or suspects. The school has students in grades 7-12.

The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation is assisting.
