VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – 22 year-old Isayah Dean Davis of Wishek, ND has been sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary with credit for 4 days already served after a change of plea hearing in November of 2017.

Davis was found guilty of four counts of Felony Burglary stemming from the arson and burglary of items inside the former U-S Air Force Military Control Center, north of Dazey, ND as well as several burglaries in the Dazey and Wimbledon, ND areas in April of 2017. The charge of arson against Davis was dropped through a plea agreement. He began to serve his sentence on January 8th of 2018.

Earlier, Christopher Aaron Kraay of Wimbledon was convicted for setting a fire inside the former military installation on April 3rd of 2017 and also for burglaries in the Dazey and Wimbledon areas in April of 2017.

In June, Kraay was sentenced to 3 and a-half years in prison for arson and burglary after he entered a guilty plea to these crimes.
