VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – TL Childcare has brightened up their childcare center located in the garden level of St. Catherine’s School in Valley City.

Originally founded as an after school latch key program back in 1987, the facility has evolved into a licensed childcare supported by the tuition of their patrons in Valley City.

Steve Urness interviewed the director of TL Childcare Amber Ard and board president Amanda Anderson to talk about what the non-profit childcare facility offers and their remodeling project.
