VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – More than $73,000 dollars was raised again, during the Barnes County Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign.

Co-event coordinator Lee Isensee said thanks to these donations the local Barnes County Chapter raised $73,631 during the 2017 campaign.

Co-event coordinator Joe Lunde praised those who gave so generously. He also had some good stories to share about the past campaign with reporter Steve Urness recently.

Last year, Barnes County Salvation Army Bell Ringers raised $73,747 dollars during the 2016 campaign.
