The Warbirds (4-0, 1-0 Class B Region I) were up three points at the end of the first, increased the lead to four at half, and then ten going to the third quarter. The Tornadoes (1-2, 0-1 Class B District 5) were able to pull within three in the fourth quarter, but were unable to make it any closer.
Oakes had two players in double figures; Garret Meehl (18) and Andrew Detelfsen (12).
