N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Napoleon Police Department, Logan County Sheriff’s Department and State Highway Patrol conducted a search in Napoleon after obtaining a warrant.
Napoleon Police Chief Troy Nogosek reports that officers searched 513 3rd Street East in Napoleon and found meth, meth paraphernalia, marijuana, and marijuana paraphernalia. Charges have been filed against Kelly Andrews of Napoleon for meth, meth paraphernalia, marijuana, and marijuana paraphernalia.
Charges have also been filed against Sherry Wallner and Juan Sanchez for meth and meth paraphernalia. Police say Wallner and Sanchez were staying with Andrews during that time.
The Napoleon Police Department is encouraging citizens to contact them if they suspect illegal activity occurring in the area.
