VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The second annual Jingle Bell Run and Walk was held on Monday, December 11th near the Jefferson Elementary School in Valley City.

With the temperature 15 degrees, the community utilized the sidewalk around Jefferson school city block and participated in the 1-mile, 2-mile, or 3-mile runs or walks.

There were 165 registered runners and three dogs participating in the event from age 3 to 72.

Prizes were awarded for the top male and female in one of three age divisions and best costumes. The event sponsors were Valley City Fuel Up to Play 60 and the Valley City Cross Country Team. The results are listed below.
