CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – South Central Adult Services is still facing a budget deficit and may be forced to cut services if additional funding isn’t secured.

Director Pat Hansen said the shortfall is tied to state budget cuts made earlier this year after the legislative session. She has some tough decisions to make if the fundraising effort is unsuccessful.

A few donations have come in during a fundraising effort including a grant of $5,000 that’s pending from Alliance pipeline. Here is the complete interview with Pat Hansen.

Another grant from Sanford Health is also pending. Anyone interested in making a donation to support South Central Adult Services bus and taxi service should contact Pat Hansen at 845-4300.
