N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Eventide Jamestown will be making some area families holidays more bright this year.

The business has put together their first annual “Share the Holiday” tree celebration. Area businesses, organizations or individuals will sponsor and decorate a tree, which will then be distributed to an area family through Community Action and Stutsman County.

Executive Director Doug Panchot says the sponsors will begin decorating the trees this week and continue through the end of the month. Then on November 29th, they’ll open their doors at Eventide for a social that will have entertainment, refreshments and a chance to view all the decorated trees that will go to area families.

Panchot says they’ll continue to accept tree sponsors, who can then come in and decorate a tree between now and November 29th. Then, the trees will be distributed beginning December 4th. For more, visit eventide.org/events.
