VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City High School executive president and student body president Hannah Dockter thanked everyone who supported the Valley City High School Student Council’s Stuff a Truck Food Drive once again this year.

The high school senior said the seniors collected the most items during this year’s food drive during the friendly competition with other classes in Valley City.

The Valley City High School, partners with Marketplace Foods and Leveers Foods to collect non-perishable food items for the local food pantry.

Student Council Advisor Penny Peterson said the students enjoy participating in the food drive annually.

Peterson said, if you missed out on the food drive, you can always drop off donations at the Barnes County Food Pantry, located in the Barnes County Senior Center in Valley City.
