CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Dr. Tisa Mason, president of Valley City State University, has been selected to become the next president of Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas, by the Kansas Board of Regents.

Mason will begin her Fort Hays presidency in January of 2018. She has served as president of Valley City State University since December 15 of 2014.

Prior to joining Valley City State University, she served Fort Hays State University as vice president for student affairs.
