VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two California men were arrest following a traffic stop on I-94 near Fargo on November 2nd.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol said a search of the vehicle revealed two bags containing 70 pounds of packaged marijuana, worth an estimated street value of $115,000 street value.

The driver, Jakeb Ward of Rio Del, CA, and the passenger, Christopher Bieniek of Fortuna, CA, were arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
