CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – More job opportunities will be available in the City of Bridges starting January first.

A new company is moving to Valley City and the Area Development Corporation will hold a Workforce Opportunity Showcase next week to help employers connect with workers according to Development Corporation spokesperson Jennifer Feist.

Valley City Barnes County Development Corporation Employee Retention and Recruiting Coordinator Trinity Potts said contact information will be distributed to businesses seeking workers during the showcase.

Valley City Barnes County Director of Economic Development Jennifer Feist said the new technology business will be located in the Regional Technology Center in Valley City. Feist and Potts spoke about the focus of the upcoming event and the excitement about the announcement of the new company moving to Valley City with Steve Urness.
