VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Its down to the final 2 events of the season for VCSU Cross County. The Vikings last ran at The Jimmie Invite October 6th in Jametown. The men placed 3rd and the women 8th.

For the second time this year Valley City State sweep The NSAA Runner of the Week Honors. Dennis Gonzalez, who placed 6th in Jamestown, was the men’s runner of the week. Grace Miller, who was 12th, was the women’s winner of the week.

Saturday VCSU heads to Yankton for The Mount Marty Invite. The meet will feature several programs not only from The North Star but also The GPAC, a successful meet could help The Vikings gain some national attention

 

The Mount Marty Invite starts Saturday at 10:30. The NSAA Meet will be Friday November 3rd in Jamestown.
