Kaye DeVillers was born July 18, 1941, in Kensal, ND, the daughter of Phillip and Agnes (Naze) DeVillers. She graduated from Kensal High School, where she was active in basketball, and later attended Jamestown College. Karen worked at DePuy-Sorkness Clinic in Jamestown for many years and did bookkeeping in her home for several area businesses. She was the caregiver for her mother, Agnes, for many years. Karen was diagnosed with MS and entered St. Rose Care Center, LaMoure, ND and later transferred to Maryhill Care Center, Enderlin, ND.
Karen is survived by her brother, Keith (Joyce) DeVillers, and sister-in-law, Harriett DeVillers; five nephews, James, Joel, Greg, Jeff and Damon; and four nieces, Diane, Jacqueline, Mary Beth, and Barbara.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Agnes DeVillers and brother, Kenneth.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 19, 2017 at St. James Basilica, Jamestown, with Father Robert Keller officiating.
Visitation: One hour before the service at the church.
Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown.
