JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department is seeking a fugitive with a warrant out for her arrest.

Janessa Jean Marie Ryan, 25, is currently wanted by the North Dakota Department of Corrections. She is a while female weighing around 156 pounds. She is 5’6″ with green eyes and brown hair.

“Ryan could be hiding in either the Jamestown or Carrington area,” stated Stutsman County Deputy Jonathan Hirchert.
