N.D. (NewsDakota.com)—-Fourth rated Langdon outgained fifth rated Carrington 355 yards to 73 and cruised to a 31-0 victory in a battle of unbeaten teams entering the contest. Langdon passed for 204 yards and ran for 155 more in a very balanced offensive attack. Quarterback Jacob Delvo threw 3 TD passes completing 15 of 30 passes for 192 yards with an interception. Delvo’s top target was Anfernee Eonomy who hauled in 5 passes for 101 yards and 2 TD’s. Chase Peebles added 4 catches for 40 yards and another score. Peebles also led Langdon with 63 yards rushing on 13 carries.

Carrington’s high powered running game coming into the game was held to 31 yards on 24 attempts. Drew Page led the Cards with 11 yards on 7 carries. Page also led the team with 3 receptions and 45 receiving yards. Quarterback Hayden Schmitz completed 4 of 10 passes for 31 yards and Seth Nelson was 1-2 passing for 11 yards. Carrington drops to 5-1 overall and 4-1 in Region 2 and Langdon improves to 6-0 overall and 5-0 in Region 2. Carrington will host Park River on October 6th at Stadium ’76.
