CITY, N.D.  (NewsDakota.com)  The two-time defending Class B Champions have won their 48th match in a row by defeating the Raiders of Maple Valley Thursday night 3-0 (25-11, 25-5, 25-9).  Lamoure/Litchville/Marion improves to 23-0 this year and MV drops to 0-11.

The last time the Loboes lost was September 20th, 2016, to the Carrington Cardinals.  Since then, they won the District V championship, the Region III championship and the State championship.  So far this year, they are the Northern Cass Tourney champs, Volley in the Valley Tourney champs and the Valley City Optimist Tourney champs.

Senior Anna Holen had a match high seven kills to pace the Loboes against the Raiders on Thursday night.  Senior Kindra Hamlin added four kills and an ace.  For the Raiders, Sophomore Madison Olson had two kills and one ace.

Next up for the Loboes is in Kensal against Midkota on Tuesday, September 26th for a District V matchup.  Next up for the Raiders will be in Leal against Barnes County North on Monday, September 25th.  The next TED FM 98.3 game of the week broadcast will be on Friday night, September 22nd in New Rockford, as the Rockets host Nelson County in 9-man high school football, pregame at 6:35pm, kickoff at 7pm.
