N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The upward trend of boardings at the Jamestown Regional Airport continues to grow.

The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission has released the August Boardings Report and the boardings are once again up for Jamestown. The commission found that in August 2017, 1,628 passengers boarded at the airport. That was up from 1,523 that boarded in August 2016.

As far as airports across the state, only Bismarck and Dickinson saw growth. Other airports recorded boardings to be down compared to last year.

Year-to-date totals at the Jamestown Airport have 8,879 passengers boarding, almost 20% higher than at this same time a year ago.
