VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Valley City High School senior Reagan Ingstad signed a letter of intent to continue her volleyball career and education at Valley City State Univerity. Ingstad, who has been a 4 year starter, surpassed 1,000 career set assist last season and was named to the All EDC Team. VCSU is currently 5-5 on the year after defeating Concordia in their home opener Wednesday night, they begin conference play September 16th on the road at Presentation. The Hi-Liners are 6-3 and 3-0 in The EDC and sit in first place, Ingstad says the team is remaining focused on their goal of making the state tournament
