CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A fundraiser to help veterans with Post Traumatic Syndrome get Service Dogs will be held Sunday in Chautauqua Park Dacotah Bank Pavillion in Valley City.
The event is sponsored by the NPL District 24 Democrats. Larry Robinson talked about the focus of the picnic with reporter Steve Urness on our Voice of the Valley show.
For those who want to support wounded warriors come to the picnic fundraiser Sunday at 5pm in the Dacotah Bank Pavillion in Valley City.
Service Dogs For America is located in Judd, North Dakota and is the only non-profit provider of assistance service dogs in North Dakota. Their mission is to train and certify service dogs for individuals with disabilities.
100 percent of the money raised from this free will picnic will go to service dogs for wounded warriors.
