N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Frontier Village will be holding an end of the year bash at the Frontier Village Saturday, August 19th.

The event is the first of its kind and will be free and open to the public. Frontier Village Association Board President Nellie Degen says they wanted to celebrate the end of summer with a festival for the kids.

Degen says the day will consist of numerous things to do like stick horse races, bean bag toss, Jamestown Inflatables and much more starting at 9 AM. She says they wanted to hold an event like this to not only celebrate the children, but to celebrate the fact that the Frontier Village belongs to the community.

The event will also feature vendors for the adults and wraps up with a live band at the amphitheater at 7 PM.
