CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Andrea Winter of ON THE MOVE is encouraging Valley City residents to host a Block Party to get to know your neighbors better.
Winter gave a presentation to the Valley City commission and then Mayor Dave Carlsrud read and signed a the proclamation declaring the summer and fall to be ‘block party time’ in Valley City.

If residents would like to block off a street, they should submit the application form (see attached) to City Hall, PO Box 390, Valley City, ND 58072; fax to (701) 845-4588 or drop off at City Hall.
