CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – This year was a little more golden for Smith Lumber Do It Best Hardware.

Customers, Marlyn Legler of Valley City and Stacey Lilja of Tower City were chosen as winners of the Smith Lumber $500 Shopping Giveaways.

Marlyn and Stacey were selected at random from more than 2,300 entries submitted at the store from February 20 through May 31, 2017.

Owner/Manager Tim Durheim said that Smith Lumber is delighted to provide one of its customers with the opportunity to make their projects a little more exciting. He said, “Everyone has a few extra chores this time of year, and we’re glad that Marlyn and Stacey will be able to choose whatever tools they need to get the job done. We thank all those who entered the giveaway for their participation.”
