OK (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man was killed Wednesday after a three-vehicle accident in Oklahoma.

Bert John Hilber, 75, reportedly died at the scene of the accident according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. According to the OHP, Hilber was traveling on his 2016 Harley Davidson trike when he stopped behind a 2013 Kenworth. The semi was stopped and attempting to turn left onto a county road when a pickup failed to stop and hit Hibler’s Harley, pushing it into the back of the Kenworth.

The highway was closed for more than seven hours as the Oklahoma Highway Patrol investigated and cleared the scene. Hibler’s body was taken to the state Medical Examiner’s Office in Edmond, OK.

The incident remains under investigation.
