N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Farmers who plant hard red spring wheat, barley and soybeans can see the newest releases on trial during the Dazey Plot tour tonight at 6:30 P.M. 

Staff members from the Carrington Research Extension Center will discuss the newest varieties entered in the plot and explain why the wheat crop is shorter this year. David Shea with the Farm Service Agency will discuss the options on haying CRP.

The Dazey plot is located 2 1/2 miles east of Dazey on Highway 26. A free picnic style supper is planned at the Terry Bryn farm following the tour.
