CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Mikey Meester & Erik Johnson will be sharing their talents at Music at the City Park Bandshell Wednesday, July 5th starting at 7:15 pm.

Meester and Johnson are 2017 VCHS graduates. Their repertoire contains mainly popular songs from the 40s, 50s, and 60s, along with some gospel and patriotic songs. Both Mikey and Erik take music lessons from the Community School of the Arts. Mikey has been to several High School All-State Choirs, and Erik occasionally does Sunday morning worship accompaniment at both Faith Lutheran and Trinity Lutheran in Valley City.

Music at the City Park Bandshell is co-sponsored by KOVC, the Valley City Parks & Recreation and the Bridges Arts Council. A free will offering is taken to assist in the renovations of the City Park Bandshell. Bring your lawn chair or blanket.  In case of inclement weather, the program will be held at the Vault Coffee Shop in downtown Valley City.
