N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Executive Director Becky Thatcher-Keller says a lot of businesses are very good at customer service in Jamestown.
For those who want to be even better, the chamber is bringing in a class that will focus on customer service. Business leaders and employees are encouraged to attend.
Thatcher-Keller says the June 21st course will cost $79 per person and will be held in the Chamber’s conference room. She says its important for individuals to take the course to better understand how to provide service to the customer’s that come to the community.
The NDSCS will be helping provide more during the course, which will accept registration through Friday, June 16th. Space is limited.
