N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Carrington Garden Club spent Friday making the community and newly built roundabout a little more beautiful.

According to club member Bonnie Berg, 900 or more flowers and plants were put in around the roundabout which is located along Higway 281 and 200 near Carrington. Carrington Chamber Executive Director Laurie Dietz reports that a lot of club members and others toughed the warm and windy Friday morning.

Dietz says people might not see immediate results the first summer, but to give the project some time to grow.
