Department of Health Plans Permit for Regulated Infectious Waste in Valley City

CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH), Division of Waste Management, is planning to issue a permit to Healthcare Environmental Services, LLC in Valley City to treat regulated infectious waste.

Regulated infectious waste is also referred to as regulated medical waste or “biohazardous” waste. Currently, the NDDoH is seeking comments or requests for hearings on the proposed permit. Those interested can write to:
