CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- VCSU will be hosting their annual golf scramble in Valley City this Saturday June 10th. Registration runs from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Country Club. The tournament begins with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m., here’s VCSU athletic director Nate Stewart
