CITY, ND (NewsDakota.com) – CHI Mercy Health is hosting an Effective Communication Seminar on Tuesday, June 20 from 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm. 

A complimentary dinner will be served at 5:30pm and the course will begin at 6:00pm.  This free event will be held at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, located at 138 3rd St. NW, Valley City. 

Join us to enhance self-awareness and learn more about the acceptance of others through a COLORS personality test.  We will also learn about the ground rules for healthy communication and how to avoid communication pitfalls, you’ll be sure to walk away from this event with a fresh perspective.

This seminar will focus on developing and refining healthy communication skills and techniques that can be used with partners, friends, children, co-workers and others.  All of which will lead to reduced stress and healthier interactions with the important people in your life. 

The event is open to anyone 18 years and older and couples are encouraged to attend together.  No matter what stage you are in your relationships…you will learn valuable tools to better interpersonal skills and effective communication.
