N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – RM Stoudt in Jamestown will be continuing their efforts to fight cancer by holding their annual Running of the Pink on Saturday, June 3rd.
The event was created 10 years ago by Casey Stoudt and Doug Kloudt in order to raise funds for cancer. Tara Kapp states that when it first started, there were between 45 to 60 participants. Last year, over 600 were involved.
The event has runners and walkers participate in either a 10K Run or 5K Run/Walk. All proceeds will be donated to the JRMC Foundation and Women’s Way Jamestown Chapter for Breast & Cervical Cancer screenings, education and needs.
The famous Pink Fire Truck “Vivian” will also return for the event.
Visit RM Stoudt for more information or like their Facebook page. You can also call 701-252-2270 or 1-800-279-2886.
