CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Commissioner elect Ross Powell will be sworn into office on Wednesday, May 31st at 8am by Valley City Mayor Dave Carlsrud.

Powell is the branch manager for the Wells Fargo Bank in Valley City and is also currently serving his third term as a member of the Valley City Park Board.

Powell talked about his hopes and dreams for the city of Valley City in an interview with Steve Urness during our Voice of the Valley program on May 24th.

Powell is serving the remaining three year term of former Valley City Commissioner Rick Ross who resigned earlier this year.
