Sheldon, age 82, of Fargo, ND, formerly of Valley City, ND, died Saturday, May 13th at Bethany on University, Fargo, ND.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 23rd at Trinity Lutheran Church in Valley City. Visitation will be held one hour before the service on Tuesday morning.  Inurnment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery near Valley City.

Edna Lydia Grenz, the daughter of Gottlib and Lydia (Schock) Grenz, was born February 6, 1935 in Hazelton, ND.  Edna received her education in Tower City, ND.  Edna lived and worked in Bismarck, ND for many years before returning to Valley City.

Edna is survived by her son Greg (Laura) Sheldon; four grandchildren, Payton, McKenna, Alex and Jack Sheldon, all Eagan, MN; her siblings, Esther Kringler, OR, Fred (Shirley) Grenz, and Helen Christensen, all WI, Irene James, IL, Ann (Jack) Myers, LA, Dick Grenz, Edgeley, ND and Annetha Plecity, Valley City, ND; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Jake Grenz, Ed Grenz, Bill Grenz, Walter Grenz and sisters Tillie Hoff and Ruth Fisher.
