CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Farmers are very busy with spring planting and the weather is cooperating too.

As the topsoil dried out and the temperature of the soil improved farmers quickly took to the field across the region. Most of the farmers highlighted in this story were planting corn in Barnes County.

KOVC’s Max Thomas and Tim Ost delivered a few Ingstad Family Media Spring Planting Power Packs filled with a number of goodies for farmers in the field to show our appreciation for their hard work.

Remember if you see the Red Radio Rover or the Green KOVC SUV it’s one of our radio station employees attempting to deliver a free Spring Planting Power Pack during Operation Grain, Grit and Grub to area farmers in the field.
