N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Residents will have to wait just a little longer for residential recycling in Jamestown.

The latest report from Ralph Friebel of the Recycle Center of North Dakota stated that the startup stems from delays in receiving the new trucks that will provide both automated garbage pickup of recycle and garbage bins.

The city’s automated garbage pickup will also be delayed for the same reason. Once implemented, garbage pickup will be on the same day on a weekly basis and the recycling bins will be collected the following week.

The announced delay will have no effect on present city collection of garbage.
