N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Great Plains Food Bank will be bringing a truckload of food to the Buffalo City Friday.

The one day food distribution event will be held at the Jamestown Civic Center from 11 AM to 1 PM. Andrea Block is the Agency Relations Manager for the Eastern portion of North Dakota.

They will be bringing fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, shelf stable items and more. No referrals will be necessary and the food bank is asking individuals to bring plastic bags or boxes to carry their items.

Block reports that they will be visiting several other cities in the region following Jamestown.
