N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation has announced that construction will begin Tuesday, April 25th on North Dakota Highway 20 from Jamestown north to Highway 9.

Construction will consist of roadway widening, curve realignment and resurfacing. The NDDOT says during construction, speeds will be reduced to 25-40 mph, width restrictions of 12 feet will be in place, and motorists may experience delays during pilot car operations.

Gravel and oil may be present on the roadway and the project is likely to take until later this Fall for completion. Knife River Construction has said that they would be holding weekly meetings to keep the public updated on the project.
