CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Land lines were down for many customers after someone cut a fiber optic line between Fargo and Valley City just before 1pm on April 21st.

A spokesperson for Century Link said crews restored service about 3:4opm on Friday, April 21st according to a Barnes County Dispatcher.
