N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County Commission heard the final report from Mercer County Sheriff Dean Danzeisen Monday regarding allegations against County Auditor Casey Bradley.

In the report, Danzeisen found that no complaint was ever officially filed against Bradley. After reviewing contents from Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser in their partial investigation and the investigation done by the Village Business Institute, Danzeisen found that there was never a complaint formally filed by the former county employee against Bradley.

Bradley said during the meeting that he was glad the truth came out in the report. The former employee stated in an e-mail to County Attorney Fritz Fremgen that Bradley asked her into his office regarding an allegation that she was spreading rumors about Bradley and another employee. The complaint stated that he was yelling and raising his voice and calling her a liar.

Six county employees were interviewed. None of the interviewed employees recall hearing any raised voices during the meeting between Bradley and the former employee.

The commission approved the final report.
